About Playvora
Playvora is a free browser-game site with a single entry requirement: the game has to keep score. Our fixture list holds 141 games across 13 categories, and every one of them is a contest — a match with a result, a race with a clock, a shootout with a keeper who remembers your habits. Football, basketball, motocross, billiards on ice: if there's a winner at the end of it, it belongs here. If there's no score to settle, it lives on somebody else's site.
Why a fixture list, not a warehouse?
The feed behind sites like this one carries well over ten thousand games, and the real problem was never finding something to play — it's that most of those ten thousand are somebody's first experiment. So we narrowed the card on purpose. 13 categories, all inside two sports we can judge properly, every shelf seeded by quality and walked end to end by the people who write this site. The result is a list small enough to trust and deep enough that the rematches never run out.
Where the games come from
We publish through GamePix, the platform independent developers use to put HTML5 games in front of players. Developers keep full ownership of their work; we embed their games exactly as supplied under the publisher program, and every game page carries our own rating of the title so you can see at a glance what's worth your break. If one of your games appears here and you'd like its listing changed or removed, start at the contact page; formal copyright notices are handled on the DMCA page.
How a game makes the card
The publisher's quality score sets the seeding on each shelf — that's the points number on every game card. But a score isn't an opinion, so our team also plays the categories to build the collections: ranked shortlists where every highlighted game carries a note in our own words saying why it placed. The long guides at the top of the big category pages, the coaching tips on game pages and everything on the guides board are written by us, for this site, about these specific games.
How the site pays its way
Playing here is free, permanently. Advertising funds Playvora, and it sits in clearly marked slots around the content — never disguised as a play button, never stretched across a game's controls mid-match. Who runs the place
Playvora is kept by a small independent team based in Indonesia. The fixture list, the collections, the guides and the considerably less thrilling legal pages are all written and maintained by us. The quickest route to a human is email — the contact page has the address and our home city.
