Playvora

DMCA / Copyright

Playvora doesn't host game files. Every title playable here is streamed in as an embed through the official GamePix publisher program, which distributes games on behalf of their developers. If you hold the rights to a game and want it off this site, contact us: we'll act on the listing here and escalate the request to the source, because a title removed upstream stops being distributed at all, rather than just disappearing from our fixture list.

Sending a takedown notice

Email hello@playvora.click with the subject line "Copyright removal request", and include all five of the following:

1. Your full name, the organisation you represent if any, and a reply email address.
2. The work the notice concerns — for a game, its title and, where known, its developer or publisher.
3. The exact URL of the page on Playvora where the work appears.
4. A good-faith statement: that you believe the use of the work is not authorised by the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or the law.
5. An accuracy statement: that the information in your notice is correct, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices that arrive complete — title, page URL, both statements — can be actioned immediately. Notices missing pieces will draw a follow-up email from us first, which only slows the removal down.

What happens after you send it

Every notice is read by a person, and we aim to acknowledge yours within two business days. For a verified request, the page is removed or disabled on Playvora, and where the listing comes from the GamePix feed we lodge a matching removal request with GamePix. Because our catalog is rebuilt from that feed, a game removed at the source drops off this site at the next catalog update as well.

Removed by mistake? Send a counter-notification

If your game or page was taken down and you believe that was an error — the usual case is that you are the developer and you did authorise distribution through the publisher program — write to hello@playvora.click with your name, the URL of the removed page, and the reasons it should be restored. We forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant, and we restore the page where the complaint is withdrawn or the complainant takes no further action.

Repeat offenders

We don't knowingly list any title against its owner's wishes. Parties whose works keep appearing in verified takedown requests are noted in our records, and we may decline to carry their catalog in future.

Developers: corrections and updated builds

For a corrected listing, a refreshed embed or a newer version of your game, the controlling route is the GamePix publisher program, which manages the feed this site is built from. For anything specific to how your game is presented on Playvora, write to hello@playvora.click and we'll sort it out with you directly.
