Using Playvora means accepting the terms on this page. The site is free of charge, provided "as is", and intended for personal, non-commercial play.

The games belong to their makers

Every game here — code, artwork, trademarks and all — remains the property of the developer or publisher who created it. Titles are embedded on Playvora under the GamePix publisher program, which arranges their distribution to sites like this one. That arrangement entitles you to play the games here; it does not entitle anyone to copy them, host them elsewhere or sell them on.

Fair play, off the field too

Keep it clean: don't try to disrupt, overload or break the site, don't scrape it at abusive rates, don't present our pages or writing as your own work, and don't use the site for anything unlawful. If these terms are breached, we may remove the content concerned or restrict the access responsible.

Fixtures change; liability is limited

The catalog is supplied by third parties, so any game may be altered by its developer or withdrawn entirely, at any time and without notice — including, occasionally, the one you were halfway through beating. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for losses arising from using, or being unable to use, Playvora or any game on it.
