Contact the Playvora team
One inbox covers everything at Playvora: broken games, developer requests, copyright matters and advertising. There's no call centre and no ticket labyrinth — your message lands with the people who maintain the fixture list, and one of them writes back.
Email: hello@playvora.click
Most messages get a reply within 2 business days. English scores the fastest response; Indonesian is equally welcome.
Home turf
Playvora is operated from Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. We're an online operation with no walk-in office and no phone support — which is deliberate, since it keeps every question in writing, where it can actually be answered properly. For formal correspondence, address us as:

What to put in your message
A game won't load, or crashes mid-contest
Send the game's name, the link to its page here, the device and browser you're on, and what happens instead of the contest — a black screen, a frozen loading bar, an error message. Reports carrying all four details usually get a diagnosis the same day; reports without them start with us asking for them.
You made a game that's listed here
Every title arrives through the GamePix publisher program. To update, correct or remove yours, email us the game's name plus a link to your own GamePix listing so we can confirm it's yours. Verified developer requests are handled promptly — and if you'd like a game considered for one of our ranked collections, pitch it. Those emails genuinely get read, usually with strong opinions attached.
Copyright and takedowns
Formal removal requests come to the same inbox; our DMCA page lists the five things a complete notice needs.
Privacy questions
There are no Playvora accounts and no sign-up data — but anything about cookies, advertising or the data described in our privacy policy is fair game; ask, and we'll explain or act as that policy sets out.
Advertising and partnerships
Put "Advertising" at the start of the subject line and your message goes straight to the right reader.
One thing we can't officiate: accounts, saves and purchases inside a third-party game belong to that game's developer. Not sure who that is? Write anyway — we'll point you at the right clubhouse.
